What makes this profession so enjoyable for you?
"I enjoy solving legal puzzles and problems. It’s very rewarding to be able to help clients move forward."
You have previously worked for large firms, but now you choose Brackmann as a niche firm. What influenced this decision for you?
"I started my career as a litigation attorney with broad experience across various legal fields. Over the past six years, I have chosen to specialize in construction and real estate law. I can now further develop this focus at Brackmann. What attracts me to Brackmann as a niche firm is the high level of specialization. Here, I work with colleagues who master their expertise down to the finest details. That level of substantive sharpness and collaboration fits with how I approach the profession myself – which makes Brackmann the logical next step for me."
How do you see your role within Brackmann?
"At Brackmann, I want to be a team player who keeps clients well informed, helps them make the right choices, and always seeks the best solution. It is important that, as a lawyer, you not only master the legal aspects but also think strategically and establish the right lines of communication."
Finally, what appeals to you about Brackmann’s culture?
“What I really appreciate about Brackmann is the personal and close-knit culture. Despite the firm’s growth, it remains a place where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. It is a firm where you can truly grow as a professional, both in terms of expertise and in working together with your colleagues.”
