Due to the development of our firm and increasing client demand, we are looking for experienced Senior Lawyers/(Prospective) Partners to contribute to our future growth. Your expertise and vision will play a key role in shaping the direction of our organization.

We specialize in Public Procurement Law, Construction Law, and Area Development. To ensure integrated service for our clients, we are expanding our team with seasoned legal professionals in related areas, including:

• Administrative and Environmental Law
• Competition Law
• State Aid Law
• Government Liability
• Expropriation Law
• Environmental Law
• Tenancy Law
• Related specialisms

Brackmann is a leading niche law firm specializing in Procurement Law, Construction Law, and Area Development. For more than 20 years, we have combined deep expertise with a pragmatic, results-oriented, and resourceful approach. Within our specializations, we are among the market leaders.

From our office in Rotterdam, located directly opposite the Central Station on the Weena, we support large and medium-sized construction companies, government bodies, project developers, safety regions, water boards, entrepreneurs, and their advisors. Our team consists of eight experienced lawyers, three legal support staff, and one operational manager.

You bring:

• At least 10 years of experience as a lawyer, with specialization in areas such as Administrative and Environmental Law, Competition Law, State Aid, Government Liability, Expropriation Law, Environmental Law, Tenancy Law, or related fields
• Excellent communication skills and natural persuasiveness
• The ambition to continuously develop and share your expertise with colleagues, including junior and mid-level team members
