Brackmann to occupy floor 22 of First Rotterdam
As of 1 May 2026, Brackmann will be based on floor 22 of First Rotterdam, Weena 798A in Rotterdam. The move from the Millenniumtoren marks the growth the firm has achieved over recent years and creates the space for its future ambitions.
Brackmann has developed from a specialist procurement firm into a niche practice in procurement, construction and closely related areas of law. Over the past two years, the team has grown from five to fifteen professionals. That trajectory continues, with further growth planned for the period ahead. This calls for a long-term home.
First Rotterdam provides Brackmann with approximately 984 m² on the 22nd floor of one of the city's finest office buildings, directly opposite Rotterdam Central Station. The building, located on the Weena, is fully leased to a select group of tenants with a strong presence in the professional services sector. With a long-term lease, Brackmann is explicitly committing to a future in the Rotterdam Central District.
