Linda Sylaj

Linda Sylaj is a lawyer with a focus on public procurement law and real estate law in the broadest sense. She has gained experience in construction law, procurement law and arbitration and is involved in complex projects and proceedings. Linda represents clients in procurement disputes and advises on related matters. She is also engaged in drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts, including those relating to construction and real estate projects.

Linda works in a careful and analytical manner, combining substantive legal expertise with a strong awareness of the client’s interests and context. Her approach is structured and aimed at finding sustainable solutions in complex cases. Linda completed the Grotius postgraduate programme in National and International Contracting cum laude.

Linda has been lawyer since 2021. She joined Brackmann in 2026.
