Linda Sylaj is a lawyer with a focus on public procurement law and real estate law in the broadest sense. Zij heeft ervaring opgedaan in bouwrecht, aanbestedingsrecht en arbitrage en is betrokken bij complexe projecten en procedures. Linda procedeert en adviseert over aanbestedingsgeschillen en houdt zich bezig met het opstellen en beoordelen van diverse contracten, onder meer met betrekking tot bouw- en vastgoedprojecten.

Anouk Beerts specialises in construction law, with a focus on technically complex construction matters. She advises employers and contractors in construction disputes and represents them in arbitration and before the civil courts. Anouk has broad experience as a lawyer in lease, construction and real estate law, and has held various legal positions in the public sector.

In her work, Anouk starts from how a project is actually built, and translates that technical reality into a legal assessment. She moves from the site office to the boardroom, keeps asking questions until she understands a file in full, and explains a technical account in a way that a judge or arbitrator can follow what it turns on.

Anouk was admitted to the Bar in 2022. She joined Brackmann in 2025.

Anouk Beerts is een gedreven advocaat met een specialisatie in het bouwrecht en een focus op technisch complexe bouwzaken. Zij adviseert opdrachtgevers en aannemers in bouwrechtelijke geschillen en vertegenwoordigt hen in arbitrage en bij de civiele rechter. Anouk beschikt over een brede ervaring als advocaat huur-, bouw- en vastgoedrecht en in diverse juridische functies binnen de overheid.

In haar werkwijze verdiept Anouk zich in de manier waarop een werk feitelijk tot stand komt, en vertaalt die technische werkelijkheid naar een juridische beoordeling. Zij beweegt zich daarbij van de bouwkeet tot de directiekamer, vraagt door tot zij een dossier doorgrondt en legt een technisch verhaal zo uit dat ook een rechter of arbiter de kern ervan volgt.

Judith Schep completed a master's degree in Dutch Law at Erasmus University, with a specialisation in criminal law. She worked as an environmental and planning law specialist at a water authority and gained experience with procurement matters as in-house counsel at a large international dredging company. At Brackmann she supports the lawyers in the procurement practice as a paralegal, with legal research and the drafting of procedural documents. Judith likes to go into depth and seeks the heart of complex cases.

Judith has been with Brackmann since 2026.

Judith Schep rondde aan de Erasmus Universiteit de master Nederlands recht af, met een specialisatie in het strafrecht. Zij werkte als omgevingsrechtjurist bij een waterschap en deed ervaring op met aanbestedingsvraagstukken als bedrijfsjurist bij een groot internationaal baggerbedrijf. Binnen Brackmann ondersteunt zij als paralegal de advocaten van de aanbestedingspraktijk met juridisch onderzoek en het opstellen van processtukken. Judith gaat graag de diepte in en zoekt de kern in complexe dossiers.

Siem van den Berg is studying for a master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Utrecht University. He is a driven and sharp-minded legal professional with a distinct interest in environmental and planning law, and gained substantial practical experience during his studies. At Brackmann he supports the lawyers in environmental and planning law with legal research and the drafting of procedural documents.

Siem has been with Brackmann since 2026.

Siem van den Berg volgt de master Staats- en bestuursrecht aan de Universiteit Utrecht. Hij is een gedreven en scherpe paralegal met een uitgesproken interesse in het omgevingsrecht, en deed tijdens zijn studie al ruime praktijkervaring op. Binnen Brackmann ondersteunt hij de advocaten in het omgevingsrecht met juridisch onderzoek en het opstellen van processtukken.

Floor Brauckmann studies Law at Erasmus University. She is a versatile and driven legal assistant. At Brackmann, she supports lawyers with legal research, the preparation of legal documents such as contracts and court submissions, and also handles administrative tasks.

Floor has been with Brackmann since 2024.

Floor Brauckmann werkt als paralegal binnen het aanbestedingsrecht van Brackmann. Floor studeerde Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Erasmus Universiteit. Binnen brackmann ondersteunt ze de advocaten bij de volle breedte van juridische kwesties, van juridisch onderzoek tot het opstellen van processtukken en contracten. Daarnaast heeft Floor diverse artikelen gepubliceerd en een online basiscursus aanbestedingsrecht voor advocaten ontwikkelt, waarmee deelnemers PO-punten behalen.

Lisanne is studying Law at Tilburg University. With her down-to-earth approach, Lisanne delves into the details and provides targeted support to the lawyers at Brackmann. She directly applies the knowledge she gains during her studies to strengthen her work.

Lisanne has been working at Brackmann since 2024.

Lisanne studeert Rechten aan de Universiteit van Tilburg. Met haar nuchtere blik duikt Lisanne in de details en biedt ze de advocaten van Brackmann gerichte ondersteuning. Ze zet kennis die ze opdoet tijdens haar studie direct in om haar werk te versterken.

Oscar Snijders strengthens the Brackmann team as a rhetorically sharp and highly motivated legal assistant. He combines his work with the study of Law and Economics at Leiden University. Within Brackmann, Oscar supports the lawyers in conducting legal research and drafting procedural documents, and contributes to the substantive preparation of case files.

Oscar has been working at Brackmann since 2026.

Oscar Snijders versterkt het team van Brackmann als een retorisch scherpe en gedreven juridisch medewerker. Hij combineert zijn werkzaamheden met de opleiding Rechtsgeleerdheid en Economie aan de Universiteit Leiden. Binnen Brackmann ondersteunt Oscar de advocaten bij juridisch onderzoek en het opstellen van processtukken en draagt hij bij aan de inhoudelijke voorbereiding van dossiers.

Cato Everhardt is pursuing a master's degree in Law with a specialisation in social legal practice. She previously completed her bachelor's degree in Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, following an international bachelor's degree at a university of applied sciences and a minor in international law obtained in Lisbon. At Brackmann, Cato works as a legal assistant, supporting both the lawyers and the secretariat. She is curious, ambitious and works with clear goals in mind. Her international background helps her to bridge cultural differences and translate complex matters into practical solutions.

Cato Everhardt volgt de master Rechtsgeleerdheid met een specialisatie in de Sociale Advocatuur. Eerder behaalde zij haar bachelor Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, na een internationale hbo-bachelor en een minor internationaal recht in Lissabon. Binnen Brackmann ondersteunt Cato als juridisch medewerker zowel de advocaten als het secretariaat. Cato is nieuwsgierig, ambitieus en heeft duidelijke doelen voor ogen. Haar internationale achtergrond helpt haar om culturele verschillen te overbruggen en complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot praktische oplossingen.

Rebecca is responsible for ensuring smooth processes at Brackmann. With her core values of loyalty, quality, and accessibility, she serves as the point of contact for all operational matters, focusing on both clients and employees.

Rebecca has been working at Brackmann since 2011 and has held the position of Operational Manager since 2024.

Rebecca is binnen Brackmann verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van processen. Met haar kernwaarden loyaliteit, kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid, is zij het klant- en medewerkersgerichte aanspreekpunt voor alle operationele zaken.

Rebecca is werkzaam bij Brackmann sinds 2011. Sinds 2024 in de functie van Operationeel Manager.

On November 21, 2024, Brackmann celebrated its 20th anniversary with a vibrant knowledge and networking event. Attended by clients and partners, the event highlighted knowledge sharing, inspiration, and connection.

Op 21 november 2024 vierde Brackmann haar 20-jarig jubileum met een bruisend kennis- en netwerkevenement. Het event, bijgewoond door cliënten en relaties, stond in het teken van kennisdeling, inspiratie en verbinding.
