Ines Blomsma

Ines Blomsma is a lawyer with extensive experience in litigation and a strong focus on construction and real estate law. She advises clients in construction-related disputes and represents them in arbitration proceedings and before the civil courts. Thanks to her background in the Supreme Court (cassation) practice, Ines also has in-depth knowledge of appellate procedures.
Ines takes a strategic approach, guiding clients toward the most effective path—whether inside or outside the courtroom—and ensures they are able to make well-informed decisions. Her ability to translate complex legal matters into creative and pragmatic solutions makes her a valuable sparring partner.
Ines has been a practicing lawyer since 2009 and joined Brackmann in 2025.
